You'll support two experienced Senior Property Managers with a growing portfolio.
Your Day-to-Day:
Coordinate open homes (incl. alternate Saturday mornings) Process applications Liaise with builders for handovers Complete entry condition reports Schedule inspections manage maintenance Provide admin support to Senior PMs Deliver exceptional service to landlords tenants
What We're Looking For:
6+ months property management experience Passionate about real estate long-term growth Proactive and shows initiative Driver's license own car (fuel allowance provided)
