As Call Centre Team Leader, you will work hands-on in the call centre—taking customer calls, booking jobs, and supporting day-to-day workflows while also coaching and guiding the team. You will be the go-to support person for questions, problem solving, escalations and ensuring customers receive a prompt, professional and friendly experience.
What You'll Do
* Answer inbound calls and personally manage bookings, enquiries, and customer support
* Lead a team of call centre staff to achieve service and performance targets
* Monitor call flow and scheduling outcomes to maintain efficiency and great customer experiences
* Support both inbound customer enquiries and outbound follow-ups
* Handle escalations and ensure all customer concerns are resolved effectively
* Train, mentor and coach team members to improve confidence, skills and outcomes
* Work closely with Dispatch, Technicians, and Management to coordinate field service delivery
* Prepare daily or weekly reporting on performance and customer results
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a call centre or service admin environment (Lead or Senior CSR experience highly regarded)
* Confident communicator with natural leadership skills
* Able to coach and guide staff in a supportive and positive way
* Calm, solutions-focused and organised, even when things get busy
* Comfortable using job management or CRM software (training provided)
* Passionate about providing customers with exceptional service
