Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our service team on a full-time and permanent basis. The role involves working with various paints, varnishes, and stains to achieve specified dry film thickness. This includes understanding surface preparation and finishes, mixing two-part paint coatings, and selecting the right products for different surfaces.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and decorating, with experience in working at heights and in confined spaces. They should also be able to erect scaffolding and ladders safely and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Trade Certificate – Certificate III in Surface Preparation or equivalent (for Blaster/Painters)
* Construction Induction (White or Blue Card)
* High Risk Licence for EWP and/or Forklift
* Trade Qualifications in Protective Coatings (ACA, NACE, ICorr, or other trade certs)
