Purpose
As a Room Attendant, you support our Housekeeping department by keeping rooms exceptionally clean and paying attention to detail. You will collaborate with the team and help guests as needed to ensure a wonderful stay and memorable hospitality.
Primary Responsibilities
* Thoroughly clean all sections of guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping surfaces to ensure an excellent first impression
* Follow established guidelines to meet the hotel's impeccable standards
* Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well equipped
* Use cleaning materials safely and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment
* Respect guest privacy and security
* Report maintenance issues promptly to support a flawless guest experience
Skills And Experience
* Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus
* Warm and welcoming communication with guests and team members
* Attention to detail, efficient time management, and pride in your tasks
* Ability to perform physical work and navigate between rooms, including stairs and open pathways
* Willingness to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays.
