Job Description About MedTech

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Network & Assets ANZ, you will support the operational delivery of the National Scheduling team across AU for the ANZ Orthopaedic Supply Chain. Working closely with leadership, Supply Chain teams and Commercial stakeholders, you will drive daily, weekly and monthly cadences, solve operational problems, deliver actionable reporting, and lead continuous improvement across national scheduling. You will support in driving best-in-class service levels, improve scheduling effectiveness, optimise loan kit movements and develop and support individuals in the scheduling team.

Responsibilities
* Lead daily operations of the national scheduling team, ensuring seamless delivery across safety, quality, service, and cost.
* Act as first-line escalation, resolving issues, monitoring performance, and driving timely stakeholder communication.
* Establish and run weekly planning cadence, aligning priorities, resources, and service targets.
* Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis, process optimisation, and adoption of digital/automation solutions.
* Collaborate cross-functionally and lead, coach, and develop the scheduling team to uplift capability and performance.

* Strong operational and supply chain expertise, with the ability to manage complex scheduling, fulfilment, and service delivery environments.
* Advanced analytical capability with proficiency in ERP systems, reporting tools, and data-driven decision making.
* Continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving ability and experience driving process optimisation and team development.
