**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct general site cleaning and labouring duties, utilizing hand and power tools as needed.
- Perform extensive physical duties, including manual handling and attention to detail, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to work independently, taking direction when required and contributing to small team efforts.
- Possess knowledge of safe work practices and a willingness to assist tradespeople and builders as needed.
- Load and unload building materials with precision and care.
**Essential Requirements:**
- Current white card certification available for candidates who do not already possess this requirement.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including hi-vis vest, steel toe caps, and hard hat must be worn at all times on site.
- Reliable transportation is essential for the role.
