We have an exciting prospect for an experienced Store Leader to join the team at Lorna Jane Byron Bay store. As Store Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer experience, people development, merchandising and operational functions of the store to deliver on store targets and KPIs.
Responsibilities
* Driving sales with your team to achieve targets and KPI's
* Recruit, train, develop and succession plan your team – we love to promote from within!
* Manage daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising and housekeeping
* Roster your team in line with store trading
* Deliver a phenomenal in‐store experience and influence the local active community through events, campaigns and collaborations
* Take personal responsibility for results and growth, motivating the team to achieve targets and KPIs and driving profitability through effective rostering, minimal stock shrinkage and inventory management
