Position Details:
Full time (80 hours per fortnight + monthly ADO)

The Department:
Home Acute and Community (HAC) is a clinical program based at Caulfield Hospital, supporting independence and functioning, and minimizing long-term healthcare needs through a variety of hospital, community, and home-based services.
The Role:
Caulfield Community Health Service seeks a motivated Allied Health Assistant to support our Healthy Living Programs, including physical, aquatic, and online exercise activities. The candidate should have experience leading exercise classes, a client-focused approach, and excellent organizational skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
Current first aid certificate
Relevant qualification (e.g., Allied Health Assistant, Exercise Science)
