Your opportunity Site Administrator
FIFO from all major cities
$110k+
As our valued Site Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of site operations for a major underground SMP construction project.
Based onsite on a 2:1 FIFO roster from any major Australian city, you'll draw on your organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in dynamic environments to keep systems, documentation, and logistics running efficiently.
You'll Make An Impact By
* Coordinating site‐based administration, reporting, and document control
* Managing travel, accommodation, and mobilisation for project personnel
* Assisting with procurement and tracking of site materials
* Supporting HSE and compliance documentation requirements
What you'll bring To Succeed In This Role, You Will Have
* Previous experience in site administration in mining, resources, or construction
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
* Ability to work autonomously in remote environments
* A commitment to safety and accuracy in all tasks
Ideally, You Will Also Have
* Experience in underground or SMP construction projects
* Exposure to FIFO work environments
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset
