Sales Associate or Assistant Property Manager - Real Estate A leading Wollongong real estate agency is seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Sales Associate or Assistant Property Manager.This role is perfect for someone who is confident, organised and ready to build their career in a fast-paced, client-focused real estate environment.
You will support our sales and/or property management team depending on your experience, strengths and career goals.
The position offers a dynamic mix of client interaction, property tasks and administrative responsibilities that contribute to the smooth operation of our business.A current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration is essential to apply.
Your Responsibilities May Include: Managing and responding to buyer, tenant and client enquiriesAssisting with open homes, property inspections and client appointmentsPreparing marketing materials, listing documents, leasing forms and information packsCoordinating photography, signage, advertising campaigns and property updatesSupporting agents and property managers with day-to-day administrationManaging CRM updates, databases and compliance documentationProcessing rental applications and assisting with leasing tasksCoordinating repairs, maintenance requests and communicating with contractorsHandling tenancy correspondence and routine inspection supportProviding professional, friendly and proactive service across all client interactions About You You'll be a great fit if you have:A current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration (mandatory)Experience in real estate, property, sales or administrative supportStrong communication and presentation skillsConfidence dealing with clients both in person and over the phone Ready to Join the Team?
