Job Description:
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires an experienced Behavioural Support Practitioner to work in a clinic-based environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting behavioural support assessments, writing and implementing individualised behaviour plans, and providing direct support to individuals in one-on-one settings as well as group-based settings.
They will also be expected to develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, carers, and other professionals.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough behavioural support assessments to identify the needs of individuals
* Develop and implement individualised behaviour plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual
* Provide direct support to individuals in one-on-one settings as well as group-based settings
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Experience as a Behavioural Support Practitioner
* Proficient NDIS registration
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
