About the Role
This is a full-time position that reports to the Senior Village Manager and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations and compliance, ensuring an outstanding resident experience.
* Oversee maintenance, coordinate with service providers, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
* Assist in budget planning, optimizing maintenance programs, and managing capital works.
* Maintain regulatory compliance, workplace health and safety, and effective administrative controls.
