* Assist with preparation and construction of in-situ concrete structures
* Set up and strip formwork for pits, footings, and retaining walls
* Assist with steel fixing and reinforcement placement
* Support concrete pours, including placement, vibration, and finishing
* Perform site preparation, excavation assistance, and clean-up
* Operate hand and power tools safely
* Follow site plans, instructions, and safety procedures
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
