Responsibilities
* Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot system performance issues.
* Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards, including GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Maintain accurate and complete documentation and ensure rigorous quality control.
* Complete all required training and meet individual job requirements to contribute to overall organizational compliance.
* Commit to continuous improvement in operations.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
* MTO (small to medium) experience in the optical industry is ideal but not essential.
* 5 years of experience in designing high precision, automated production equipment with hands‐on building experience.
* Proficient in SolidWorks (must have) and PDM (preferred); GD&T and engineering drawing competency.
* Accountability and ownership up to and including post transfer.
* Background in Automation Engineering, Industrial Automation Engineering, or Mechatronics is considered highly beneficial.
* Commitment to compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.
* Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
