An ERP Project Manager oversees end‐to‐end ERP implementation, including planning project scope, schedules, and resources while managing risks and stakeholder expectations. They coordinate teams and vendors to ensure the system is delivered successfully, meets business needs, and is adopted smoothly across the organisation.

The client is a large, multi‐disciplinary contracting group with thousands of employees and decades of experience delivering major projects across civil construction, mining, engineering, and infrastructure. Their operations span everything from engineering and design to mining services, materials handling, electrical systems, and maintenance, enabling them to provide end‐to‐end project lifecycle solutions. Description

* Plan and manage technology-driven projects from initiation to completion within the property sector.
* Predominantly focused on the ERP implementation/shift and upgrade of Microsoft D365.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Monitor project progress and address any risks or issues promptly.
* Ensure alignment with organisational goals and project requirements.
* Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
* Coordinate and manage vendor relationships where applicable.
* Implement best practices in project management methodologies and tools.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

* Relevant qualifications in project management, IT, or a related field.
* Proven experience managing technology projects in the property industry.
* Strong experience working with ERPs.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* A results‐oriented mindset with a focus on achieving project objectives.
* Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
