As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-channel paid advertising strategy to drive high-intent demand across various platforms.
You will work on building a quarterly channel mix and budget plan tied to key performance indicators such as cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and pipeline targets.
Key responsibilities include optimizing daily campaigns on cost per click, conversion rate, lead-to-deal rate, and customer acquisition cost; briefing and QAing ad creative and landing experiences; collaborating with sales teams to tighten feedback loops.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of experience running multi-million-dollar PPC programs, preferably in B2B services or SaaS, with deep expertise in Google Ads, Bing, and Meta.
Proven track record of turning paid traffic into pipeline and revenue is essential, not just generating leads.
