Tourism Noosa is seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join their high-performing, values-driven destination management organisation.

As Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in enhancing our clients brand positioning and driving engagement reporting into the Marketing Manager.
Key responsibilities will include the activation and optimisation of owned and earned channels, campaign development support, and content creation along with:
* Editorial planning: developing inspiring articles and travel guides
* Campaign planning and project management
* Content development, scheduling, and execution of EDM campaigns
* Website maintenance and regular content updates
* Digital ad management, performance tracking and optimisation
* Content creation, including influencer and creator partnerships
* Social Media management and planning
* Brand consistency: ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines
* Regular reporting of owned channel performance
* Attendance at industry and member events
Skills and Attributes
* Experience with Mailchimp (or similar), Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
* Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ad Manager & Google Analytics
Highly organised with excellent communication and prioritisation skills
Growth mindset focus, to ensure the work we do today is better than the work we did yesterday
* Highly organised with a strong sense of task prioritisation
* Be an energetic and proactive team member within a busy team with a high attention to detail.
* Strong communication with internal and external parties across email, meetings, planning sessions, briefing processes and project management platforms
