The Role
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Team Members to join our team supporting one of the world's largest online retailers at our Heathwood site. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume warehouse environment and are looking for consistent work across a 7‑day operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Picking, packing, sorting, and receiving orders
* Operating RF scanners to accurately pick and process stock
* Replenishments, put‑aways, and basic cycle counting
* Manual handling and general warehouse duties
* Maintaining accuracy and integrity of all inbound and outbound orders
* Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
* RF scanning experience highly regarded
* Strong attention to detail and safety‑focused mindset
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team
* Basic computer skills
* Experience in a high‑volume or 3PL warehouse environment advantageous
