Operational Duty Officer
Responsibilities
The Operational Response Duty Officer monitors daily transport operations, ensuring effective coordination during incidents and events. The role manages real‐time network performance, minimises disruptions, and communicates with stakeholders and emergency services. It supports compliance, continuous improvement, and service outcomes, while working rostered shifts in a dynamic environment to maintain safe, efficient network operations. The role provides 24/7 oversight of the public transport and road network, managing incident monitoring and coordinated emergency responses in line with DTP obligations. It analyses performance data to address service issues, oversees field interventions during disruptions, and ensures timely stakeholder communication.

Qualifications and Experience
* Experience working with public transport and road operations (desirable).
* Technical knowledge and expertise in emergency and incident response mechanisms (desirable).
* Qualification in emergency or risk management (desirable).
