Join a dynamic and supportive Customer Service team within a well-established leader in the plumbing and water solutions industry. Based in Broadmeadows, this role plays a vital part in ensuring the seamless processing of customer orders and delivering top-tier service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently
Prioritise urgent and pickup orders to meet customer expectations
Resolve issues such as pricing discrepancies and incorrect quantities
Provide timely updates on backorders and delivery ETAs
Respond to phone and email enquiries in a professional and prompt manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Prepare quotes based on provided details and approvals
Maintain accurate customer and product data
Support warranty and claims processes in conjunction with cross-functional teams
Manage minimum order quantities and assist with product obsolescence
Participate in team meetings, coaching, and ongoing training
Contribute to continuous improvements in customer service operations
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years' experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Administration
Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience with SAP or Salesforce (highly regarded)
A team player with solid time management and problem-solving skills
Background in plumbing, trade, or supply chain sectors (advantageous)
