* $66,274 - $71,961 per annum pro rata + Super (wage increases pending in 2026)

About the role

As the Culture & Capability Administration Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting initiatives that enhance employee experience and organisational capability. This dynamic position provides high-level administrative and coordination support across a variety of programs, including learning and development, diversity and inclusion events, induction processes, and grant funding administration. You'll manage complex administrative tasks with autonomy, ensuring smooth operations and accurate record-keeping while working closely with internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you'll be at the heart of delivering impactful projects that shape workplace culture. From coordinating training activities and maintaining the Learning Management System, to supporting events and induction programs, your contribution will help create an inclusive, capable, and engaged workforce. About you

You are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a proven ability to manage complex administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. You thrive on managing diverse responsibilities, maintaining accuracy and delivering exceptional support to stakeholders. With strong digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, you're quick to learn new systems and confident in managing data, reporting, and system troubleshooting. Your ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team sets you apart. You bring excellent written and verbal communication skills and can build positive relationships across all levels of the organisation. Experience in HR, learning and development, or corporate administration is highly valued, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Qualifications and experience

* Experience in high-level administration within HR, L&D, or a corporate environment
* Post-secondary qualifications in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (desirable)
* Experience in supporting Learning and Development and funding or budget tracking (desirable)

Mandatory requirements

* Current Victorian Working with Children Clearance
* Current Police Check (not older than 12 months old)
