Remuneration: $112,396 – $116,038 per annum + superannuation + salary packaging + rural incentives

Position Classification: Social Worker Level 3
This is a Social Work Level 3 position. If there are no appropriate Level 3 applicants, applications from Level 1 and 2 will be considered.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide medium to long-term therapeutic interventions (3–18 months) for children and young people aged 0–18, and their families
- Deliver trauma-informed, culturally competent counselling and casework services
- Work collaboratively within a small, highly supportive team of four, backed by the broader Community Health and district-wide VAN network
- Support recovery from trauma, strengthen family functioning, and reduce future risk

Who You Are
We are looking for a motivated, resilient, and compassionate practitioner who understands the complex impacts of violence, abuse, and neglect on children, families, and communities.
You’ll Bring
- A qualification in Social Work and eligibility or membership for general registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Prior experience delivering culturally appropriate, trauma-informed services and programs
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills
- A collaborative, professional approach and strong work ethic
