Purpose & Impact:
* Meet or exceed sales and Key Performance Indicator targets through effective learning and development initiatives
* Lead training and development by providing best-in-class onboarding and training programs
* Deliver business partner service to Store Manager, District Manager, and store team members
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, drive, and support the implementation of all Retail training programs and platforms
* Develop a high-performance culture by upskilling, coaching, and supporting Training Champs and Store Management Team members
* Monitor and analyze performance data to drive commercial success and growth
* Exemplify Brand Attitude and Values at all times
Requirements:
* Must be available to work flexible hours with occasional weekend work
* Must be willing to travel interstate as required by the business
* Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle
Knowledge, Capabilities & Experience:
* Proven store management/leadership experience in Fashion Retail
* Training and coaching experience, delivering workshops and initiatives to drive business results
* Strong knowledge of the adidas brand
* Demonstrated commercial acumen and business savvy
