What you’ll be doing Structural welding (MIG/TIG/Arc) and medium to heavy fabrication Interpreting technical drawings and delivering precise, high-quality work Workshop assembly, cutting, grinding, and safe equipment operation Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised workshop environment What we’re looking for Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaker/Welder) Strong MIG/TIG/Arc welding and fabrication skills High-risk licences (e.g., Forklift, EWP, Rigging) Safety certifications (Working at Heights, Confined Space) Reliable, detail-focused, and a strong team player Why join Shadbolt?
