As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced
Corporate Services Manager
to lead and coordinate our core corporate functions from our Loganholme head office.
This is a key leadership role that ensures our internal operations run efficiently, compliantly and in alignment with CE Group's values and growth strategy.
The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee and integrate corporate services across the business, providing structure, consistency and support to operational teams.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leadership and oversight of corporate functions including HR, payroll, administration and office operations
* Supporting compliance, governance and internal policy frameworks
* Improving systems, processes and reporting across corporate services
* Partnering with senior leaders to support workforce planning and business growth
* Managing internal stakeholders and external service providers
About You
* Proven experience in a corporate services, operations or business management role
* Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Experience within construction, engineering, mining or infrastructure environments highly regarded
* Highly organised with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project business
