You'll be going door-to-door at real estate agencies, sparking awareness of our product, engaging agency decision-makers, and capturing qualified leads.
This first campaign is a pilot.
Top performers may transition into ongoing or full-time sales roles as we scale.ResponsibilitiesBe the face of Voqo AI: Professionally represent our brand when engaging with real estate agencies.Generate awareness: Deliver a explicit, confident pitch about Voqo AI's value to real estate professionals.Capture leads: Record agency contacts, interest levels, and feedback in the CRM system.Hit measurable KPIs:Minimum number of agencies visited per day.

Number of demos booked or follow-ups scheduled.Provide daily reports: Share field insights to support product and sales strategy.Manage your schedule: Plan routes and territory coverage to maximize efficiency.RequirementsPreferred: Real estate industry knowledge (property management, sales, or proptech sales experience).
Confident, scrappy communicator who thrives in face-to-face, high-rejection environments.Strong interpersonal skills, able to open doors, build rapport quickly, and leave a strong impression.Self-sufficient and reliable, with discipline in documenting activity and outcomes.Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to a car (car allowance provided).
Tech-savvy enough to use CRM tracking and demo accounts (training provided).
