* Demonstrated experience building and maintaining complex systems with proficiency in NodeJS, ReactJS, TypeScript, Java, Go, and Python
* Systems thinking ability to design and implement high-level systems involving multiple products and services
* Strong problem-solving skills to generate ideas and options, and make decisions about what can be shipped now and what needs time
* Excellent collaboration skills to engage with designers, marketers, and PMs
