Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end management of luxury automotive events and activations
* Coordinate all event logistics, supplier relationships, and on-site execution
* Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, partners, and VIP guests
* Manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting
* Extensive travel nationally and internationally to oversee events
* Uphold brand standards and deliver seamless, memorable experiences
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in end-to-end event management, ideally within luxury, automotive, or lifestyle sectors
* Highly organised, hands-on, and solutions-driven
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent travel
* Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
