genU is looking for a **Quality Administration Officer** **to join our longstanding, purpose driven and values-based organisation to make a real difference to people's lives on a daily basis.
The **Quality Administration Officer** will join our Home Care Packages branch who focus on ensuring the wellbeing and independence of older people who are in receipt of a Home Care Package.
In this role you will assist the Home Care Packages and Commonwealth Home Support teams to monitor, assess and meet their ongoing compliance to the mandatory Aged Care Quality Standards. This role is pivotal in ensuring genU deliver a high quality service.
This is a full-time ongoing opportunity, based in Geelong, with flexible working arrangements available.
**About You**:
Our ideal **Quality Administration Officer** will have:
- Extensive administration experience including using document management and customer records management systems.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, negotiation, adaptability and initiative.
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, Home Care Package Guidelines and Commonwealth Home Support Program Guidelines.
- Proven time management and goal setting skills with the ability to effectively manage time and projects, set priorities, and organise tasks in an environment of conflicting demands.
- Ability to work autonomously and in multi-disciplined teams in a reliable and highly professional manner, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with staff at all levels of the organisation.
- Knowledge of a quality management and continuous improvement system principles and methodology.

- You will need the following:_
- Qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in Quality administration roles;
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain;
- All applicants for this role must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and meet the requirements of the genU Covid-19 Vaccination Policy. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccinations during the recruitment process.
