Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager drives sales and inspires their team to be at their best by taking charge of daily operations.

They support the Store Manager in all areas, from motivating team members to rostering and reporting.

* Develop the next generation of leaders through coaching and training.
* Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness within the store environment.
* Manage stock and inventory efficiently to minimize losses.
* Collaborate with team members on registers, shelves, and merchandising special buys.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
* Oversee the store when the Store Manager is away on leave.
