Do you meet these minimum requirements?
* Live in or near Mornington including surrounding suburbs Dromana, Fingal, Safety Beach, Tootgarook, Red Hill, Rosebud or Rye .
* Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own comprehensively insured car (sorry, we cannot accept international licenses or shared/rental vehicles).
* Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (some weekend rosters available for experienced carers).
* Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start. (Travel is required for training.)
* Know this is NOT a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home.

What this role offers:
* Open to Entry Level & Experienced candidates
* Permanent Part-Time or Casual Contracts
* Permanent Contract hours : 20 hours per fortnight + flex up hours
* Hourly Rate : $33.22 - $34.93 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
What You'll Be Doing:
* Entry-Level Carers : Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
* Experienced Carers : Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
* Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone\'s day
As a valued team member, you'll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you'll make a real difference in people's lives every day.
