Part‑Time Permanent Accounts Payable (A/P) Officer
We are currently seeking an experienced Part‑Time Permanent Accounts Payable (A/P) Officer to join our Head Office team in Brighton‑Le‑Sands. Due to ongoing growth and continued success, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Team, reporting directly to the Financial Accountant. This is a part‑time role of three days per week, with the potential to transition into a full‑time position in the future.

Responsibilities
* Entry of accounts payable invoices
* Reconciliation of invoices/statements
* Rebate management
* Payment run (EFT/BPay)
* Attending to internal and external account enquiries
* Involvement in the end‑of‑month processes
* Payment and analysis of non‑stock expenses (e.g., electricity, rent, waste management, car registrations)
Qualifications
* 3+ years' experience in a similar Accounts Payable role
* Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable in a supermarket or retail environment
* Desire to learn new tasks on ERP software; prior experience in Sage X3 or another ERP system is preferred but not essential
* Proven commitment to accuracy, deadlines, and best practices
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail
* Basic knowledge of General Ledger reconciliations and coding
* Able to take on challenging duties as well as routine tasks
* Must have Australian work authorisation at the time of application
