Precision Concrete Solutions has been operating since 2014 and is based at Stratford. We carry out concrete cutting, demolition, asbestos removal and project management with the Cairns region and beyond.
About the role
We are seeking a detail orientated accounts and administration manager to join our team. This is a full time role with flexible start and finish times offered to the right candidate.
Duties
* Maintain and update financial records.
* Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
* Manage weekly payroll.
* Manage superannuation, BAS, Payroll Tax lodgements/obligations.
* Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
* Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
* Maintain accurate filing systems for receipts, invoices and financial documents.
* Work closely with the accountant to prepare for end of quarter and audits required.
* All aspects of office administration management including answering of phones, maintaining IMS system, maintaining employee files, answering of phones, co-ordination tasks, organisation of medicals for mine staff
About you
* Reliable and strong work ethic
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Confidence using Xero and Excel.
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Xero accounting software and Payroll experience essential.
Microsoft outlook and excel experience required.
Construction industry knowledge preferred but not essential.
