Job Title: Fuel Distributors Training Specialist
This position requires a practical person who has significant industry experience and can deliver training to maintain a safe and productive workplace.
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for new starters and maintaining current levels of competencies for existing drivers.
Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering training and assessment services to operational employees, conducting pre-employment and on-going driver assessments, delivering toolbox discussions, workshops, and training sessions around driver and terminal requirements, and reviewing training programs and developing training material to reflect competency level requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in the Transport Industry with current MC, SLP and DG licenses.
* Experience driving Mini-Tankers, Rigids, Semi's and Road-Trains.
* Practical hand's on experience delivering fuel is essential.
* Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics (Road Transport – Driving Instruction) or ability to obtain.
* MC Driver Instructor Licence or ability to obtain.
* Experience in a similar role is desirable.
