Key Role in Aged Care
We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to deliver exceptional wellness programs to residents. This is a Parental Leave Relief position working 2 days per week as a key member of our multidisciplinary team.
* The successful candidate will ensure the safe quality delivery of wellness programs, demonstrate initiative flexibility and be outcome-focused with an ability to find solutions to resolve problems, proactively work with all teams in the prevention of injuries, and build capacity within our care teams through mentoring teaching and transfer of knowledge utilising evidence-based practice.
Applicants should have extensive experience working as a Physiotherapist preferably in an Aged Care or Acute setting with responsibility for overseeing resident programs assessments and reporting, demonstrated experience in designing resident-focussed programs based on evidence-based practice, highly effective written verbal and interpersonal skills, a working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, and a degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
