We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional individual to join our dedicated team as a Legal Secretary.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing routine office tasks, such as answering phone calls and handling incoming/outgoing post.
* Schedule client meetings and maintain solicitors' calendars
* Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents
* Support estate and probate matters, including Court filing and administration
* Organise and maintain both physical and electronic client files
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
They will also have superior written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to handle confidential client information with discretion.
