Overall Functions of This Role
* General handy‐person and trade duties – painting, patching
* Hard waste removal
* Use of handheld power tools
* Fixing toilet blockages
* Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance work
* Maintaining the presentation of the centre to a high standard
* Providing excellent customer service skills to deal with tenants and clients
* Flexible approach to work
To Succeed In This Role You Will Need
* Previous experience within maintenance/handyman
* Versatile handy‐person skills
* Ability to use power tools, forklift, scissor lift (EWP) highly desirable
* Basic plumbing skills
* Physical capability to move equipment
* Team player
* Self‐motivated and responsible
* Ability to liaise with customers as required
* Trade qualification is helpful
