Job Title: Document Control Specialist
The role of a Document Control Specialist is to oversee the management of an integrated document management system within a team. This involves preparing and managing documents, ensuring effective organisation, storage, and distribution of all controlled documents across the section.
This specialist will work in conjunction with internal and external project staff to support infrastructure delivery projects and on-station activities. They will establish standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and quality, supporting efficient documentation processes in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing a comprehensive document control system and Electronic Data Management System (EDMS), including day-to-day document control activities. They will be responsible for overseeing the document control function, ensuring that all documentation processes are managed effectively.
