What You’ll Do
As a Product Manager, you will architect the Content Automation stream of the Next Horizon Personalisation initiative, building and scaling a dynamic content automation engine that delivers personalised messages at scale.
Key Focus Areas
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for high‑impact digital and in‑store loyalty experiences.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and gather customer insights to drive strategy.
- Develop and manage complex product backlogs, prioritising features to align with business objectives.
- Lead and inspire cross‑functional teams – engineers, BAs, stakeholders – to deliver outstanding user experiences.
- Analyse product performance, identify improvement areas and implement data‑driven optimisations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in digital product management.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fast‑paced digital or e‑commerce.
- Strong technical understanding of automation (content, ad, marketing tech) and personalisation at scale.
- Track record of launching and scaling high‑impact digital products with proven business metrics.
- Comfort in Agile environments: sprints, stand‑ups, iterative feedback.
- Storytelling and collaboration skills to align execs, inspire engineers and navigate complex stakeholder maps.
- Analytical mindset, data‑driven decision making and measuring meaningful outcomes.
Specialist Capabilities (Desirable)
- Deep empathy for user behaviour and expertise in building sticky, high‑value loyalty experiences.
- Scanning horizon for emerging tech, channeling into next‑gen self‑serve solutions.
