Job Description:
The successful applicant will lead the development of educational programs for children, collaborating closely with educators in their centre to review and enhance these initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Educators to observe, review and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children;
* Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework;
* Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice within the centre.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma in Early Childhood or an ACECQA approved equivalent. They must also possess strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, as well as a current NSW Working with Children Check.
