Customer Service Representative Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to clients and colleagues by effectively managing all administrative tasks and completing client renewals in a timely manner.
* Receive and make calls and emails to attend to queries from clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
* Ensure that information provided is of a high standard, including attention to detail.
* Reconcile invoices accurately and maintain proper invoicing procedures.
* Uphold ethical and professional standards, reflecting the company's brand and values.
* Implement operational and process improvements for efficient client service delivery.
* Utilize preferred market placement strategies.
* Achieve budgets and goals utilizing performance development frameworks.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role in insurance, banking, and finance.
* Sales, retail, or hospitality experience also valued.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
* Adaptability and ability to work in a high-volume, high-paced environment.
* Effective communication skills.
* Willingness to complete Tier 1 – Insurance Broking qualification (company-supported).
