About the Opportunity
We're seeking an Interior Designer to join our Adelaide studio. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-quality, design‐led environment, with a strong focus on workplace projects.
About You
* 3-6 years of relevant Interior Design or Interior Architecture experience, with a strong focus on workplace projects
* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture (or equivalent)
* Strong design capability, with a well‐developed eye for detail and a confident design voice
* Strong Revit capability
* Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign and Photoshop essential)
* Some experience using Enscape or rendering software ideal
* Ability to communicate design intent visually and verbally
* Experience with consultant coordination meetings and managing stakeholder engagement
* Strong documentation capability, including coordinated schedules and specifications
* Ability to confidently liaise with suppliers and consultants
* Clear and compelling communication skills, both verbally and visually, with a collaborative and proactive approach

* Interior design concept development and a clear design narrative
* Spatial planning, including test fits and interior schemes
* Ability to create presentation materials in InDesign, including diagrams
* Ability to independently deliver Revit documentation, including drawings, schedules and specifications
* 3D modelling and visualisation, including rendering and image editing (Enscape preferred, Rhino, V‐Ray, Adobe Suite / Photoshop, and AI tools)
