In this role, you'll support restaurant and bar operations by guiding and training team members to deliver first-class food and beverage service.

Supervise and support a diverse team across shifts to ensure service excellence Lead by example, setting the standard for professionalism and customer care Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee and cocktails, showcasing your barista or bartending skills Assist in maintaining and setting up the bar, dining and service areas Manage food and beverage operations to meet financial goals and drive business growth Mobilise, train and develop team members to perform at their best Oversee inventory, stock control and ordering processes Implement upselling and promotional initiatives to boost revenue Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements More about you Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume hospitality venue Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Approved Managers Card Skilled in bar operations, including barista preparation experience, preferred Passionate about hospitality, with a customer-first mindset and energetic approach Skilled in workforce mobilisation and team development Comfortable with labour controls and food cost management, desirable Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings/overnights and early morning shifts The application period will close on 18/12/2025, unless sufficient qualified candidates are identified sooner.
