**ABOUT THE POSITION.**
As an Infrastructure and Transport Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing a broad range of requests and processes supporting initial ideas through to final delivery. Providing leadership and management support in planning and delivery of flood management and transport infrastructure projects and programs.
**DUTIES.**
- Provide technical and professional advice to the Directorate and other areas of Council
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to ensure appropriate infrastructure
- Integrate safety and accessibility for transport and road safety functions
- Investigate and respond to internal/external enquiries
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in traffic and transport planning
- Ability to prepare and write technical reports
- Proven experience in leading a team
- High level of attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
