Key Responsibilities
* Facilities Management: Manage the efficient operation of the office by assisting with maintenance, supplies, and equipment. Liaise with staff and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and payments.
* Staff Onboarding and Offboarding: Provide basic desktop support for Microsoft Office, enable login access, and manage IT records/registers for corporate resources.
* General WHC Administration: Assist with the receipt, triage, and distribution of office mail, coordinate couriers, and assist with staff engagement and social activities.
