What You'll Be Doing
Partner directly with mixed farming (grain, sheep, cattle) businesses to improve financial performance, strategy, and on farm decision making.
Deliver business planning, benchmarking, feasibility assessments, and clear, actionable reports.
Facilitate conversations with family farming businesses to align goals, governance, and succession direction.
Build and manage your own book of business. Develop recurring advisory engagements and industry project work.
Present at workshops and grower sessions; represent Pinion Advisory professionally in the region.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Agribusiness, Commerce or related field.
Strong relationship building ability, supported by excellent communication and technical writing skills.
Practical understanding of farm business management, small business financials, and benchmarking.
Experience in business development, client management, and delivering consulting or advisory work.
Confident facilitator able to navigate family dynamics and guide productive decision making.
Proactive, commercially minded, and motivated to operate like an owner of your own portfolio.
Digital fluency across Microsoft 365; comfortable with data, modelling basics and CRM use.
Current driver's licence and ability to travel regionally, up to 10% overnight travel.
