ROUSSOS are proud to be working in partnership with Proske Architects in their search for a Senior Architect experienced in high-end residential projects. Working closely with the Director, you will lead architectural design excellence, be client‑facing, and be entrusted with the full spectrum of responsibilities expected from a senior leader within a boutique practice. Proske's portfolio is defined by thoughtful, context‑responsive, bespoke homes that blend contemporary design with exceptional craftsmanship and detail.
This is a rare opportunity to deliver exceptional high-end residential projects, with occasional involvement in small to medium commercial work (approximately an 80/20 residential focus). You will lead project teams, cultivate strong client relationships, and work within a collaborative, design-driven environment that values quality and design integrity.
The Role
As a Senior Architect at Proske Architects, you will lead design projects from concept through to documentation, ensuring each project reflects the studio's signature creativity and attention to detail. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, you will translate briefs into bespoke, predominantly high-end residential architecture, with occasional small to medium commercial projects, while building strong, trusted relationships. You will coordinate closely with consultants, builders, and the internal team to ensure seamless project delivery and uphold design integrity.
This role also carries a senior leadership focus: mentoring and guiding junior team members, contributing to both technical and creative excellence, and working closely with the Director as a key second-in-charge on studio strategy, project planning, and design leadership. For the right candidate, there is a clear pathway toward an Associate-level position as the studio continues to grow.

As there is a technical focus to the role, prior experience working with Revit software for design and documentation is vital, experience with ENSCAPE a bonus.
