We're seeking a Branch Manager who excels at driving results, inspiring high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will oversee our Sunshine Coast and Bundaberg branches.
You'll be responsible for revenue and profit targets, service quality, and the ongoing development of both operations.
You will lead sales, customer service and operations teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in Branch Management, leading sales, admin and operations teams
Strong commercial and financial management capability
Ability to set direction and execute strategic plans
Sales experience within a premium service environment (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership, motivation and people management abilities
Solid administrative and organisational skills
What You'll Be Doing :
Manage and coordinate all branch activities, including production, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and maintenance
Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of branch personnel
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
Analyse branch performance data and provide regular reports to senior management
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety, environmental, and quality control regulations
Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivational work environment
