Uber for Business is a fast growing team serving a wide range of industries, the ANZ team tackles large problems in an effort to adapt and best serve the needs of our customers and communities. You'll be joining a team that makes a huge impact in partnering with organizations, making their mobility, meals and delivery solutions fully integrated through the simplicity and speed of Uber's technologies.

**About the Role**:
Uber for Business is growing exponentially, and we are looking for a strong Business Development Representative to drive our business forward at this exciting time!

You'll work closely with the other BDRs, Account Executives, Sales Operations, etc, to increase Uber for Business revenue through acquiring private & public sector customers in Australia and New Zealand.

We need a highly motivated self-starter, who thrives in a team environment and is a natural problem solver. Our suite of products has multiplied in recent years, so we're looking for an all rounder who can sell holistically across an organisation with passion, poise and hustle!

**Your impact in role**:

- You will be scheduling Discovery Calls to qualify the prospect in/out using BANT, and schedule a follow-up call/meeting for the Account Executives
- Meet or exceed all assigned activity and pipeline creation targets.
- Work with the AE's and Sales Managers within your region to develop and iterate on a prioritisation model, operational infrastructure, and internal tools and processes

**The experience you'll bring**:

- 2-4 years of B2B sales/business development experience is highly preferred
- A history of consistently exceeding KPIs and activity targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to acquire the necessary information from the prospect, while also ensuring a mutually beneficial conversation
- Excellent organisation, project management and time management skills, and ability to take initiative
