**Your Impact**
Based in our office in Fortitude Valley & reporting to the Key Account Manager, the Key Account Executive (KAE) is a dedicated account role responsible for delivering profit and revenue targets for customers in the On-Premises channel by understanding the customer's value chain and how to jointly create more value.
**Your key accountabilities will be**:
- Understand key drivers of the customers business and the channel strategy and translate this into execution of the customer plans.
- Negotiate and tailor terms including price, activation, and performance-based criteria.
- Achieve agreed brand and commercial targets in line with the national account strategy and individual objectives.
- Monitor business performance and return on investment including shared post-evaluation of investment activities as a platform for continuous learning & improvement.
- Negotiate new and re-sign Agreements across the customer channel in accordance with customer segmentation.
**About you**

- Experienced in FMCG Sales across field sales or account management
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets using a structured data-driven, planned approach
- Strong communication, negotiation, influencing and execution skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with customers to close out sales and contractual arrangement
- Highly proficient in using a range of computer packages - Microsoft outlook, excel, word, power point
